• Place bets, wagers or casino transactions on behalf of users;

555pak reserves the right to restrict or permanently block access to the Platform for any user found to be in breach of these prohibitions, without prior notice and without liability.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to editorial text, page layouts, graphical elements, brand identity, logos, data compilations and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 555pak or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or modify any Platform content in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of 555pak.

The 555pak name, logo and associated brand assets are proprietary marks of 555pak. Use of these marks without express written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

The Platform makes reference to payment methods and financial services familiar to Pakistani users, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These references are included solely as educational context to help Pakistani users understand payment landscapes relevant to online platforms.

These payment providers do not endorse, support or affiliate with 555pak or any gambling service referenced on this Platform. 555pak makes no representation that any of these payment methods are available at any specific operator's cashier.
